I've been a long time customer at you MANOA MARKETPLACE LONGS. Your cashiers customer service has declined in the past 3 years.... the norm is 1. They dont assist elders to help bag items. (Instead they face the register and wait til you finished punching in or swiping your card) 2. They dont thank the customers.. just hand out receipts 3. If that's the case... REPLACE WITH SELF CHECKOUT. I'd expect that from a machine... not a person. Hereon... if this continues I will video these transactions and post my service on social media as poor custo er service. Ive spoken with managers from your store before...and I totally understand that covid had changed how we handle personal bags. But should a disease make customer service...eye contact..or a thank you disappear?

I have lived in 6 states in 7 years. I have had the same two monthly prescriptions the whole time. This pharmacy has the best pharmacist and 3 of the best techs (idk the proper title), that I have ever come across. Absolute pros and they keep it moving, even with their older clientele. It seems like it would be tedious, but they have the most upbeat attitude. Honestly my favorite business in Hawaii.

Absolutely love the little store and the people who run it It's a great little community place and have very good selection of nice things to eat. The people are lovely and helpful and wonderful.
