No customer service at all! I pushed the help button 4 times and no one ever came. Thankfully I was able to rip the items I needed off of the hook. Also, don’t get me started on the one open checkout (not counting the self-checkouts). (Late post. Visit was on 5/18/26. Review was accidentally posted to the wrong location.)

Pharmacy did not answer the phone or return our calls to see if my child's prescription was ready. Poor kid is totally out of it, skipped dinner, didn't even want screen time, and really needs antibiotics. Apparently, Longs rejected the prescription and won't look it up to tell me why. She mumbled something about it not being legitimate. It came from a well established urgent care we frequently use. I totally understand the strict control on prescription medication and was not trying to get her to fill something that didn't meet the regulations. Longs Pharmacy said call the doctor tomorrow and have them resend it. I asked again what needed to be fixed. She said said she didn't know. I asked to speak to the person that rejected it so I can understand the error and clearly communicate to the doctor what needed to be fixed so that i can get my sick child medication. She told me that any of them working could have been the one. I showed her the mychart prescription and still wouldn't tell me what was wrong. The doctor will probably send the same and my child would continue another day without medication. she reiterated that I just have to call the doctor. I a shared my concern of it coming back as is because the doctor wouldn't have sent something in deficient. "It happens all the time". No sympathy. No customer service. No help. Not even an apology for not answering the phone, just an excuse about the way the system requires customers to leave a message. i said that we left messages and didnt get a call back. It was met with a shoulder shrug. Just a bad attitude. Wrong line of work for somebody with such horrible customer service, bad attitude, and a lack of care for the wellbeing of those she serves as a part of medical care. 4/1/2026 approx 945 pm I've been coming here for almost a decade and have normally been very satisfied with the service. But the lack of sympathy for a sick child and the terrible attitude left me upset and very disappointed with my experience at Longs.

Lots of parking. Shelves are always well-stocked. This location has the added bonus of occasionally stocking some hard-to-find Asian snacks, like Japanese KitKats.

On 9/5/25 my visit with the longs Pharmacy drive through is always a pleasant experience , From Carole the pharmacist and actually all of the pharmacy technicians are very informative and kind, Broom, Ben, Candice, the sweet young boy Asian guy who help check me in that day gor my shots , I forgot their names but they are all so attentive, and if I missed your name, I apologize, because you are all so sweet 🥹 so please 🙏 keep up the good work in the pharmacy we need you, As I frequently go there I had decided to get my flu and COVID shot, and it’s a chore to get into the store, due to my torn ACL and my 2 tear’s in my Meniscus, 🙏😇💕with that being said I waddled in with my seat cane and had to shop and prepare for this hurricane Kiko that is heading our way to the Hawaiian islands! Kathy in cosmetic’s or has done this twice to help me shop and walk around the store to look What was for my In the future items! She went as far as go walking around the store to look for What I needed until I got my list done! I also called her store manager Travis to thank him on running a tight ship. I am also a restaurant Manager as I mentioned to him, for every good employee there is a good manager training employees like Kathy in cosmetics! Thank you Longs Moiilili in Honolulu, Hawaii, this is what we need more is the Aloha spirit, it starts within you:) Mahalo, Dwayna Olivier

Bought an item supposedly at a discount but immediately after paying, I realized I had not been given the 50% off (according to a yellow sticker) I went back for a refund and an VERY RUDE employee by the name of BRANDY B. made the whole process tedious and extremely uncomfortable and acted as if it had been my fault. After I received the refund I decided not to purchase the item again because of her horrible lack of customer service skills. Bonus: homeless people always getting themselves arrested and someone got stabbed in the parking lot not too long ago, so it’s not the safest nor friendliest of Longs, I would AVOID going to this location like the plague!
