The young woman working behind the counter this morning was very rude. I had 3 prescriptions called in and only 1 was filled. When I asked why she said it was because it was over the counter and insurance won’t cover it. I didn’t know that. My insurance generally covers OTC medications but she finally said that they don’t stock it because it’s OTC. She could have told me that they were only going to fill one when I first went to the counter. I had already done my shopping (tea and ibuprofen) while waiting for my prescription to be filled but I had to go check out at target again after leaving the pharmacy a second time… And she couldn’t even pronounce my medications. This is the second time someone working at the counter has either been very uneducated or rude to me. This used to be my go to pharmacy but I don’t think so anymore.

I was having a allergy attack. My home girl was panicky. We had all these questions and got all these products. Thank u soo much CVS 🥺. No more hives, pain, tears....$$$ those hospital products may be a little expensive & i shouldnt have said anything about that. Those pharmacist's are not for show, thank u jesus ... and they didn't get there education from the back of a match book (appreciate u lord) that's 4 sure. With what I was going through I couldn't deal with a lack of experience.

Poor customer service, even by Hawaii standards. Call the main Target customer service phone number, press 1 for pharmacy...brings you right back to the main menu for an endless insanity loop. Press 0 for the customer service rep, and they don't even know the hours. Can't transfer you to the pharmacy, but will give you the direct number. Another time I wanted to buy some Claritin D, and the verification machine was broken. They had a whole shelf full sitting right in front of us, and couldn't sell it. "Sorrry! We have no way to verify if you've purchased too much of this product." Unbelievable. Aloha!

Great staff great service the pharmacist both Justine and his peer together with the tech like Lori are just great always have answer with my questions
