Got my Flu shot for free with no appointment, just walked in & took less than 2 minutes, plus got a coupon for $10 off $20 or more. Great customer service from pharmacy, shopping for my items and checkout. I would recommend Longs Hawaii Kai over any!!

Multiple items are marked down, however the front checkout refuse to honor marked down prices. Spent 15 minutes arguing with 3 of the employees. Manager agreed to honor the marked down price, however it still was an argument with the checkout lady. Ended up just returning the item in question. Never will go back again. Highly recommend others consider the same.

Store is great, but I want to give a shout out to Jeri R. She is the friendliest, most upbeat store team member I have ever met (at any location). She will put a smile on your face and always offer to help. Longs/CVS is lucky to have her, and I hope they know it!

Wow! Ever since CVS took over at longs Drug Store, they’ve gone downhill. The lines are always super long & only 1 or 2 cashiers in front I just tried calling the pharmacy and was on hold for 12 minutes until I hung up. MY TIME IS VALUABLE TOO! I’m ready to switch to Walgreens Pharmacy. Longs had years to get their act together but they keep getting worse. I predict that Longs/CVS will close its doors by 2025
