the woman at the photo department was extremely rude and unhelpful. i had problems scanning a photo to print and instead of helping me, she essentially made me leave because customers were waiting for passports photos. she should have offered to help me when i explained the problem because i was there first.

We needed help with a last minute sports physical, and they could not have been more kind, helpful, and accommodating! Thank you so much to the great Minute Clinic team at the Henderson CVS!

Everyone that knows me, knows I never make reviews. But I’ve gotta say what an exceptional young man, and the courage and gratitude I saw yesterday, he said his name was Joseph, I watched him save a woman’s life yesterday, she was drunk across the street, and almost ran in the middle of the road and almost got hit by a car, Joseph ran over and grabbed her and walked the drunk lady home, the car was inches from killing that woman, and no one was willing to help her except for him. She was falling all over the place and Joseph carried her home and then comes back into the CVS and continues to work like he didn’t just show the biggest act of heroism I’ve ever seen. People were outside of the bar clapping for him. You’ve got my respect and also my clientele at this cvs for lifetime. That kid deserves a raise.

I highly recommend the pharmacy at this CVS. They process orders quickly and communicate by text and phone to let you know when an order is ready. But most impressively, the pharmacists (Tim and Dana) always make sure you don't get a drug that will interact with others you take or make you sick. Numerous times they have warned about a prescription that contains ingredients that will hurt my liver, kidney, or cause an allergic reaction. The vaccine service is efficient as well. Thanks

I go in this store maybe twice a month to use their USAA atm machine. Often I will need to pick up something random. The store has been clean the few times I do stop in. Someone is standing at the door as soon as you walk in directing people to self check out. I use it because I don't want to deal with people in general, but for those who do prefer to have a cashier ring them up, I think this option should be readily available for them. Some people get overwhelmed with self check out, so I see both sides. The staff has always been friendly to me, and the store is never packed. Parking is also decent. No major complaints. I cannot speak for the pharmacy department.
