The staff at this CVS location are top notch! They were friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to assist me with the help I needed, specifically, Gage and Brad. In a time where a lot of people don’t care, both of them went out of their way to assist me and I’m very grateful to both of them! I would highly recommend this store and gladly give a 5-star review for this location.

Great and easy, i love coming here for a simple quick snack or drink. Friendly staff and clean store. I highly recommend coming here if you are visiting and need any nessesities. It is a east walk from any downtown hotel, office, or space you may be using. I come here almost every other day and I have yet to have any issues whatsoever. CVS is a 10/10 in this Tampa location, come check it out, it even has a Digitial Design Center as well. Plus plenty of greeting cards for that last minute anniversary or birthday you might need.

I love this CVS. The Customer Service is Exceptional. They have great deals that are easy to find. When in Tampa definitely will be back.

This CVS location consistently delivers excellent service, especially considering the high-traffic, downtown location. The store is always clean, well-stocked, and managed with efficiency. Honestly, I’m not sure how some of the negative reviews exist. Every time I’ve visited, I’ve been met with professionalism and a positive attitude. The location is convenient, especially for nearby residents and workers. Management seems to genuinely care about customer service. One of the best-run CVS locations I’ve been to.

Visited this cvs location around 7:45 today! i frequent this cvs location a lot because of my job. Very friendly staff! im always greeted by someone and asked if i need any assistance, ive noticed the past few times i’ve been in the store (and finally caught his name on his shirt) i believe it was Rashad ? he is always so helpful and friendly! i rather shop actually when he is working! super helpful! thank you! he needs a raise! idk what he gets paid, but he is never just standing there or on his phone or talking to other staff. he is always worried about the customers an making sure that they get what they calee in for. we need more workers like this!!
