I’ve always gone to Walgreens, simply because it was the closest pharmacy to my home. However, I am leaving the country for a few months and needed to secure a three-month prescription before traveling. My doctor called in the prescription, but Walgreens informed me that their policy does not allow three-month fills. I then contacted the CVS Pharmacy located inside Target on Dale Mabry, and they confirmed they could accommodate a three-month prescription. While the prescription itself had some issues and delays that were not related to CVS, the pharmacy team worked with me consistently for five to six days to help resolve everything. Their customer service was truly outstanding. They stayed with the process until I was able to get the medication I needed before leaving the country. When you call, you don’t immediately get a live person, you leave a voicemail—but don’t let that deter you. They say they’ll return your call within the hour, and every callback I received was in under 30 minutes. I can’t stress enough how professional, responsive, and kind the CVS pharmacy team was. Even though this location is not especially close to my home, it will absolutely be my go-to pharmacy moving forward. Their willingness to help, combined with their ability to fill a three-month prescription, has earned my loyalty. Highly recommend this CVS pharmacy and team.

This is a great CVS location! The pharmacist and staff are always helpful and friendly. Also Target is right there is you need groceries school supplies, toiletries or the many other items Target carries. Just ask for help if you can't find what you're looking for.

Staff was extremely helpful and helped me move my prescriptions from Walmart. I am seeing a Huge savings from the costs at Walmart. Will rave to my friends about the great staff and customer service at CVS!

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, it's very difficult to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner and insurance billed correctly.
