Not sure about the bad reviews, however, customer service has been top notch for me. Everytime I get a Rx and call, Jason (the pharmacist) quickly responds and fills it before I get to the store, and always has time to address my concerns. This location seems to put customer service as a top priority. The clerk, Lilly, has been really friendly and sincerely a very happy young lady that has been a pleasure to have met while processing my pick-up. More locations and businesses can take tips from my experience at this location. Very happy and pleased with this CVS services.

When it comes to the pharmacy department I would like to give them a 0 they are rude always with an attitude never have the medicine ready specially when it’s urgent they take about 3-4 days and tell me every time it will take an hour before it’s ready have me come every day to check on the rx and tell me to wait another hr plus they don’t ever answer the phone. Of all the staff only one person was nice and caring. Choose this pharmacy because it’s the closest to my house that is 24 hrs but definitely not going back there again.

Don’t get your Hydrocodone filled at this pharmacy. They’ll switch a few out with acetaminophen and think you won’t notice. I only take half a pill so I noticed it, but those who takes the full dose may not. They are similar in size but Acetaminophen is stamped with L484 and can’t easily be snapped in half and Hydrocodone is stamped with IP H5 and has a handy line through the middle making it easy to break in half. There is no way that was an accident and I have reported it to corporate.

We just left an after hours pediatrician. They called in a prescription to the CVS and shortly after we arrived the prescription was ready. The pharmacist was the only person back in the pharmacy and she was working like crazy. We definitely appreciate her filling this pediatric prescription so quickly. It is after 11pm and I hope she has a good night.

My doctor called several time to leave prescription, I called all afternoon. No one picked up. I still don’t have my medication. Just awful. No one to speak with a person. This was the last straw. Publix pharmacy from now on.
