My 14 year old golden retriever has severe arthritis. We were instructed to order him a certain medication online, and to purchase insulin syringes OTC at a Walgreens or CVS. As it is legal to do so without a prescription in Florida. I could not even get this information out before being cut off, rudely, by the pharmacist who claimed she’s been doing this for 35 years. I offered to show her messages from the Vets office, she continued talking over me and being disrespectful, extremely unprofessional stating my business loudly for everyone to hear. After I explained to her (attempted at least) the nature of the situation. Basically shouting at me, implying that I wasn't being truthful. All after the young man who greeted me showed empathy and understanding of the situation, offered a small supply of syringes, only needed 1 before we could get more mailed by Chewy. Would assume that’s corporate policy, only to be obnoxiously overruled by the snob of a person who clearly has hated her job for the last 35 years. Repulsive behavior, not sure what you do at home, but I file lawsuits against people who use their authority to be ugly to others. 0 stars. I’ve earned triple your yearly income already this year, and you’re going to treat me like some drug user. Formal complaint with BBB to follow.

Until the staff in the pharmacy and at the retail area changes; I recommend using another CVS. The pharmacist won't fill prescription in a timely manner and if questioned will make you wait even longer. If you are looking for a pharmacy that offers exceptional service consider TGH pharmacies. They even deliver to your home. I was a long time customer of CVS but if the service impacts your health or your child's health; it's best to consider other options. Many good pharmacies out there ... I hope the service improves but until then, I found an excellent option. They don't seem to care if customers stay or leave. Do what's best for your health. 💚

The staff is always friendly, well at least int he day time. The night staff is a whole different story. The staff greets me as soon as i walk in the store. There are often long waits at register, due to having only one cashier most times. This store would benefit from having self checkout, to make the checkout process faster.

It's my neighborhood pharmacy and my experience is always good. I love the new POS screens they have now because it shortens the wait a little. Put in your info and get your prescriptions fairly quickly. It is so much larger and easier to look at.

I’ve always received excellent service at this location, but I do have one concern. The drive-thru window is and has been absolutely filthy for quite some time. It’s dirty and covered with spider webs and bugs. Picking up medication under these unsanitary conditions doesn’t instill customer confidence. I’d ask the store manager to just step outside and take a look.
