I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding an interaction my family and I had at this CVS location today. We visited the store because we were interested in purchasing the FIFA World Cup 2026 Panini album and stickers that are currently being advertised online. My husband was politely asking the employee at the register whether the product was available and, if not, whether he knew when it might arrive. Unfortunately, instead of receiving normal customer assistance, the employee responded in a very dismissive and visibly irritated manner throughout the interaction. The employee, a white male with glasses and longer messy hair, repeatedly gave short answers without offering any clarification or willingness to help. As customers, we were simply trying to ask basic questions regarding a product sold in the store. However, the employee’s attitude, facial expressions, and overall treatment toward us made the interaction feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming. After multiple dismissive responses, I even asked if he was upset that we were asking questions, because his behavior clearly reflected annoyance toward us from the beginning. I understand that retail environments can be stressful. However, customers should never feel ignored, disrespected, or made uncomfortable for politely asking questions while attempting to make a purchase. The interaction unfortunately left us feeling poorly treated and, given the circumstances, uncomfortable enough that it raised concerns regarding possible discriminatory behavior. I would appreciate being contacted directly by the Store Manager regarding this matter, as I believe situations like this should be addressed professionally to ensure customers are treated with basic respect and courtesy moving forward.

CVS is a great place to utilize their app and coupons to enable you to obtain products you want / need much lower than Walmart. You just have to wait for their sales and then use added coupons and wallah- much much lower prices- like $1-$2 per item unless it is higher end stuff like face moisturizers, but even those could end up being like $5 per vs $20. Check it out and go SCORE!

Do NOT come to this pharmacy unless you enjoy having your time wasted. They constantly tell me my prescription is ready, but then I show up, and it’s not. They say it’ll be ready in a few days, but then I tell them it’s urgent and all of a sudden it can get ready in a few hours?? Oh yeah but then somehow it ends up being ready right when I get home 10 minutes later. They are completely disorganized and make no sense. I’ve also been told my meds are out of stock (even though it says it’s ready on the app), and then when I say that I need it urgently, somehow it magically gets back in stock and they can have it out in a few minutes. This pharmacy is completely unreliable. I don’t think there has been a single time I’ve left without being angry (not sure why I still come here). One of the pharmacists I’ve talked to is nice, but pretty much everyone else is awful.

Average CVS, decent employees. I printed a few photos here and they were ready pretty quickly, the only issue is they didn’t click the complete button so I didn’t get the notification email. Also Very annoyed during this visit as I wasn’t able to use any of my account coupons, as they said that the system was down company wide. A little messy outside with trash all around the parking lot, looks like they’re doing some sort of work on the ceilings. The carpet was stained in multiple spots.

I experienced one of the most scariest things here. I went here to retrieve medication for nausea after my partners surgery and they some how mixed up the medication and or labels with another patient. The pharmacist attempted to take no accountability by saying that the medication did not come from their pharmacy after I had just left and was able to point out the woman who had given it to me. Although I understand mistakes happen this was a dangerous mix up and could have gone much worse. I will be looking to take further action.
