I had a great experience at this CVS location. The store is well organized, and the team is always friendly and professional. I especially want to recognize Derrick, the manager, for doing an outstanding job. He leads the team with professionalism, patience, and genuine care for both customers and staff. His attention to detail and willingness to help truly make a difference in the overall experience. It is clear that this location runs so smoothly because of his leadership. Thank you for the excellent service every time I visit.

Went to pick up a refill that was ready for pick up just for the extremely rude pharmacist to tell me she cancelled it as punishment for transferring my OTHER eligible prescriptions (I didn’t transfer the one that she cancelled because it wasn’t eligible to be transferred) to a more conveniently located pharmacy. They went out of their way to inconvenience me AND to lose money on a medication they already refilled and then cancelled, so that I can go even longer without medicine I need to function due to having to contact my physician and get an entirely new script— and it was after business hours. She should be ashamed of herself as a medical professional. People’s prescription medication aren’t pawns to be played with because they feel like being petty over someone choosing to have their OTHER meds filled elsewhere. DO BETTER.

The store is a complete disaster. I couldn’t find what I needed because boxes were piled in front of shelves. For the entire aisle. I am handicapped and I had to move boxes to find things!!! I won’t shop here anymore

I went to CVS for a same day print order and was told it would be ready that day, but it wasn’t available by 7 pm as expected. I called to check in, and the staff was helpful and made sure the order was completed by around 9 pm. While the timing was a bit later than planned, I appreciated that they followed through and got it done the same evening.

Was having trouble printing photos, store was very busy w only 1 cashier. She asked me to wait while she checked out customers on line then patiently walked me thru the photo process. I have consistently found the staff at this store 3650, to be pleasant, courteous and helpful.
