I’ve been so impressed since switching to this CVS a year ago. The employees are super kind, both in the main store and also in the pharmacy. In fact, those working in the pharmacy get to know their local customers and remember and acknowledge them. They fill things fast and actually do answer / respond to phone calls and messages. Best customer service I’ve seen at any pharmacy in DC over the past 16 years.

I scheduled my Covid vaccine booster appointment online and the online and in-person sign-in went very smoothly! The doctor/pharmacist who administered the vaccine was informative and friendly. I highly recommend this location for your fall vaccines. I live in DC part-time and yet my record and insurance information was in file and no further information was needed. Thank you!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my husband, who just had a very negative experience at this CVS at the pharmacy counter when picking up medicine. This is specifically to complain about an employee of the pharmacy - she is tall and has multiple tattoos. She was extremely rude to my husband and tried to speak to him in broken, offensive Spanish, even though he speaks perfect English. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. It’s a shame because in the past other employees here have been helpful and kind. This kind of behavior is not acceptable.

The Customer service was very unprofessional. They people who are employee's at this locations don’t speak English or know where item are. Very nonchalant, Rude and disrespectful . If you ask me they don’t need a job at CVS. I think iCE need to take them back to where they came from. Because they Lack Of Respect in the work place for customers… I would like to speak to whom ever is charge… also the manager was contacted too come see about me and they never came to see what I need. I don’t recommend this store to anyone…. Fire the whole team!

Yes, there many things locked up, and yes, they seem to be perpetually understaffed but these employees are always so kind and helpful. From the pharmacy to the retail side, the customer service is better than most places in the vicinity. Sometimes (young) people come in being loud and disrespectful, but the staff hold their own and are always delightful.
