Gov Crimes a week ago

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I always see them working hard and making sure customers are taken care of. My usual CVS location was unfortunately closed permanently so I had to find an alternative. Hopefully this one stays open despite DC crime. My usual CVS (Penn Quarter) had armed robbers in the store while I was shopping and I was shocked at how cool the staff remained. Nevertheless the CVS staff here is excellent and the store is very convenient to have

The customer associate was very nice & goes extra miles to help his customers. He is always willing to help & don’t hesitate to ask customers if they need more help. I am always wondering his persistence on his service. He provided an excellent and outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for cvs having such a great guy!

Came in for a TB test that I scheduled prior, waited for over an hour, the provider came out to tell everyone waiting she’d check the lists in a minute and never came back out - I left because I couldn’t wait any longer. CVS called to reschedule the appointment for today 4:30 - I am one again seated and waiting with three people ahead of me. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT go to this location - your time will be wasted and you might not even be seen.

I’ve been shopping at this CVS for about four years. On January 21 around 8:30 AM, the cashier behind the counter was extremely disrespectful. She raised her voice at me when I wanted to pay with cash. Very unprofessional and disappointing customer service. The only reason I went to the register instead of using self-checkout was because self-checkout doesn’t accept cash. I don’t know why she reacted that way or why she was upset, but that is not how customers should be treated.

There was only one nurse available so be prepared to wait at least an hour. Luckily I was able to be seen after 1.5 hours and the nurse was really kind but appeared to be overstretched. They should hire an additional nurse or take on less appointments.
