I don’t visit this CVS often, but when I do, I’m always happy I dropped in. For being in the city, it’s a surprisingly large location, and they pretty much have everything you could need. There’s a full-service pharmacy and even a MinuteClinic inside, which is really convenient. They even have a private consultation room in case you don’t want to be discussing health matters in public. Like most CVS stores, they have tons of great deals on products, making it easy to find what you need at a good price. The staff here is also really helpful and friendly, which makes the experience even better. Definitely a solid spot if you’re in the area!

Minute clinic physicians are miserable, I’ve had two terrible experiences, they’re always running late and would see the walkings before the appointments scheduled so you’d sit there waiting for hours and when you ask then how much longer until you get seen they close the door on your face, literally. I don’t like coming here, but that’s just me, you can check it out yourself.

The CVS store at 2400 M Street is always clean and well organized. The workers at that location are professional and helpful. During my last shopping experience there, Melanie went all out to help me. Thank you Melanie. You are highly appreciated. Thank you CVS Team.

Horrible customer service. The old guy Michael, was rude and starred me down as I walked in, then asked me if everything was ok when I looked at him funny for it. Just ignorant. Some Mexican kid proceeded to follow me. And then Michael thought forgot and tried to insult my age when I confronted it and my memory is perfect. CVS is literally just taking up space. And unnecessarily.
