The staff is friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything from health essentials to snacks. Their extended hours are a plus for busy city dwellers. Overall, a great local place that prioritizes customer care!

For the MinuteClinic and pharmacy, everybody communicated well what the wait was for and how to make things go more smoothly. I didn't want to download yet another app so the doctor running the clinic (BY HERSELF i might add, the doctor doesn't have any nurse or assistants, I'm very impressed with Dr. Amy) made an appt for me to secure my walk-in slot and got me exactly what I needed with warm bedside manner. The security guard and all CVS associates were friendly and greeted me kindly thru their work. imho everybody needs a raise, i sat there for a couple hours and saw it get really busy but the whole entire crew kept up the flow very professionally.

Absolute jerks at the pharmacy. I am a tourist and just came out a doctor with prescription. They rejected my prescription because they said it was printed signature and not manual signature… Then I called the doctor to ask them to send the prescription to the pharmacy, which they did immediately. Then the guy told me he could not do it because the shop was closing in 4mn and he needed to do some admin to create my account. I hope this guy gets Karma and lose his job.

This is the worst pharmacy ever. For a whole week my doctor and I have been going back and forth with them to get my medication and each pharmacist or pharmacist tech has a different answer or reason for why there is a hold up. This is the 3rd time with a different medication this has happened at this location. They somehow know the right answer on a Saturday when my doctor is not working and I am out of medication. They are imbedding care at this pharmacy and they actually do not care either as they are rude and dismissive.

DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to feel like a criminal when buying paper towels. Everything is locked up. Even more insultingly, they won't let you walk around the store with locked up items. It's obviously a super racist policy from CVS HQ aimed at Black residents here in DC. A total disgrace. Whatever you need, walk two blocks down NY Ave to Safeway, where nothing is locked up. It's probably cheaper there too.
