Staff is usually polite. The pharmacy is prompt and helpful. Too many items are behind locked plexiglass. I find it easier to shop online for those items. Plus, the only time I encounter a less pleasant attitude is when I need someone to repeatedly unlock various items throughout the store.

I had a gap in rx coverage because of a provider leaving a practice - the auto refill requests couldn’t go thru since provider had left. I was having trouble getting an appt at practice to see someone new to get a new script, during this time ran out of rx. Pharmacy was unwilling to fill even 1-2 days to help in gap. I get that rx and health insurance process is complicated, but the unwillingness to try and help out at all was extremely discouraging and impersonal. I’ve been filling this script here for 3 yrs, when I’ve had a gap in last other cvs have been willing to do a few day bridge fill. Service was also terrible and v impersonal- pharmacist never comes down to talk directly, do not expect any pharmacist access at this location(you never even see). I’ll be filling rx somewhere else in future and would recommend you do too.

The staff is kind and helpful. You may have to wait in line for your prescriptions but that's because this CVS is so popular. As I said, the staff is eager to help and will take you to find whatever you're looking for.

CVS isn't a place I think of for terrific service, but Nuri changed my mind on that--he went so above and beyond to help me. It was so appreciated.

Stephanie, the pharmacist, was very helpful in transferring my prescription from a Maryland CVS and quickly getting it in stock (it was newly available). She guided me through the steps and followed through to make sure that I had my pain medication without a hitch. I’m so grateful for her kindness and follow-up.
