Keep in mind that this CVS is an urban one so it's smaller than what you may be used to. The aisles are a little narrower. It's also on GW's campus so items that college students love may be gone. When I popped in to get trash bags and Ziplock bags, the security guard was so friendly and helpful.

I visit this location often because I work close by and it's very convenient. However, today, I saw something that made me bothered!! I went upstairs to find my items and needed something from a locked shelf. I pressed the button, heard the storewide announcement and waited. As I'm waiting, I am assuming what was the manager (female) came down the aisle next to where I was waiting and sat on a crate to what appeared to be doing some type of inventory. I walked over to her and said "excuse me, can you unclock this for me"? You won't believe what she did next! She actually yelled out loud to the young cashier guy which was at the register ringing up other customers, to come and help me. As he's helping others at the register, he is looking at me. As I am waiting, the storewide announcement of others needing items was heard. She is still sitting on the crate.....on a PERSONAL phone call!!!! The young guy finally gets a moment to come and assist me. I told him that I saw he was assisting other customers and I thanked him for coming. He then went to help the other waiting customers. I finally get in line to pay for my items and once AGAIN...while I'm at the register, she calls his name loudly for him to do something else. The line got longer as he is trying to assist customers needing items as well as the customers in line waiting. It was unbelievable to see and hear!

The man working the pharmacy was extremely rude and dismissive when I was trying to pick up my prescription. He should find a job not working with customers. The other two ladies that were working the pharmacy were very kind and helpful, bringing my review up to two stars.

Like all the other CVS pharmacy reviews say, the pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending. He was incredibly dismissive to me, and was also rude to the physician that wrote the prescription when talking to them on the phone. Clearly CVS management doesn’t not care about numerous customer reviews describing this pattern of behavior, as there seems to have been no corrective actions.

The employee in the picture harassed me, while I was at the self check out after I finished checking out my items. Before I could begin bagging the items I had purchased the manager snuck up behind me and grabbed my receipt and tried to grab my items. I told him that the items and the receipt were mine. He then put my stuff down and stood closely by my person and watched me as I was bagging my things. I felt very uncomfortable during that interaction. That was an unacceptable way to treat a customer and I urge whoever reads this to talk to the manager about how he relates to customers. Explain to him that it is not appropriate to come close to a customer and begin grabbing the things that they purchased. You don’t do that, you give customers their space and you allow them to complete their order. If you want to check out their items then close all the self check out registers and have the customers go in a line and deal with the clerks directly.
