This CVS says- open 24 hrs all over the building and on the website,but that is not true. Save yourself the hassle of going there to pick up your medication, if you work odd hours and can only pick them up when they claim to be open. Unfortunately they have only posted a sign on the front door showing hours (7am-11pm)but failed to make that information accessible anywhere else? After working long hours,only to find out that I wouldn't be able to pick up my prescription on my way home was more than frustrating!

Contrary to the online hours listed, they are NOT open 24 hours. One of the pictures shows me trying to enter the store at 3:20 AM,but the doors were CLOSED. The lights were on- but no one responded!? The confusing part is their signage posted which provides many different hours of operation?Which makes me wonder why they can't empty their trash when they close? Especially since it was full enough to force people to stack garbage on top of the only receptacle! I could understand if this was one time,but almost every time I go to this CVS,there's either trash piled up or all over the parking lot. Besides the roaches crawling around, there is a flattened rat near the entrance that's been there so long it's petrified into the foundation( too gross to photo) On this particular visit when I drove away with the excess packaging from my purchase and a dirty diaper from my little one,I saw thier dumpster and used it instead.Yay! Haha, funny- the gate was wide open and not a single piece of trash was in it!? How hard is it to take out the trash CVS? I actually considered lending a hand and emptying it myself,but my toddler wasn't getting any less fussy and I had my own trash to take out when I got home. Other than that, the location is perfect for picking up our prescriptions on my way home from work.

I am here to display my gratitude to my local favorite cvs store ( 2226 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington DC ) their warm service - my last shopping trip took place at August 26th, the store staff named ‘ Bharti ‘ greeted me as usual with a welcome smile, and offered help in finding coupons for me to save. I wish this message be noticed by her and the store employees, I want them to know how much delightfulness they added to this neighborhood by their ‘ customer first ‘ store policy. and I know I soon will be there again :)

I don't live in Washington DC. However, I do travel to the city for work. Anytime I stop in at the CVS on Wisconsin Avenue the gentleman that is part of your staff is always ready to assist customers. I love that! He is always so polite and professional and works with a smile. If I knew his name I would say that he needs a big shout out. Sir, keep doing what you're doing ..... it's working. CVS you should be proud to have this guy as part of your staff. GREAT customer service skills.
