Visiting from the UK and wanted to buy some goodies. I had a list of things I wanted to buy and Amira went above and beyond for me. She helped me look for the stuff on my list and was really patient! She is extremely kind and very helpful. What a lovely person :)

My go-to CVS store! It’s always clean, well-stocked, and has the best staff in town (from the cashiers to the supervisor (Chakib) to the pharmacy team). Their faces are familiar and patience and kindness are consistent and very much appreciated. I will always have questions and coupons, and they always take the time to support with understanding. If you shop at this location, please be kind to them, they always are.

This CVS is a Total Insult of what a STANDARD American establishment should look like and be like! Last weekend I received TW0 Public humiliations and TWO false accusations from one of thier employees the managementin the store played down the situations! Also this CVS restroom is always filthy. And a lot of the time a employee isn't behind the employees counter to ring up your transactions! Also when a employee is available to complete your transaction they are aggressive about selling you some sort of "Savings" and one of thier female employees is accessfully, aggressive about selling it to you even after you tell her that you are in a hurry, and that you aren't interested in purchasing it! She continues on about it and wastes your time explaining the "Savings" and the "low cost" of its feature. If I could, I would rate this location lower then a one star. If you have any other options of where to go for your purchases then I highly recommend doing so. If you have no other option make sure to bring your own toilet paper in case you have to use the restroom because normally they don't stock it and be ready for total filth in the restroom. This CVS has very poor employees and management and VERY low listening and communication skills!

My personal experience with this CVS is really focused on the pharmacy department since that’s the main reason I go to CVS. I think the service is excellent even in this pandemic world we live in. Staff are friendly and quick to provide me with my prescriptions. One time my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy and the pharmacist quickly resolved my issue and filled it for me in minutes. I like the convenience of the location and the great staff.

I had a great experience at this CVS today! I needed a few items behind locked cabinets and each time there was an associate nearby to help me quickly. I also had a confusion with two difference extra care accounts, one with my phone number and one with my app. Cashier OYUN was amazing helping me figure out the best way to use my coupons and explained everything to me very well! I will 100% reccomend this CVS and OYUN herself!
