As others have said - although there are some that are kind add take their jobs seriously, most are rude and unhelpful - I am talking primarily about pharmacy staff. People standing in line for meds, are likely unwell. A smile once in the while or a kind word goes a long way - compassion is powerful. I am planning to move my business elsewhere.

Echoing what other commenters have said. Was not notified until I arrived at the store that my prescription was out of stock. No idea when it would be back in stock and the staff was annoyed that I would even ask that question. Additionally, I waited in line at the pharmacy for at least 20 minutes before even getting to ask about my prescription. Since I get status updates via text from CVS, I would have expected to have at least been notified about the lack of stock via normal notifications, even if not from a phone call. Like another commenter mentioned, especially the main pharmacist was seemingly annoyed with my request and actually walked away before I was even able to ask every question about availability. They don’t care about customers anyway, as the staff dismissed their lack of answers by telling me to “just go to the Walgreens”, so would skip the middle man and go directly elsewhere. I even tried to avoid this by calling ahead and the phone rang for 10 minutes before I gave up and hung up.

One of the worst locations in existence. The pharmacy staff is extremely rude and abrasive and everything is locked up, even trash bags! The last time I received a prescription from here the staff was so rude to me when I had questions. It’s impossible to shop because everything is behind lock and key and if you press a button to call staff it takes 10 minutes for them to even acknowledge you. I literally went in to buy trash bags, allergy medicine, and deodorant and left with nothing because I couldn’t find any staff to unlock anything. This store is a poor excuse for a CVS and should shut down. Nobody would miss it.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever visited. The entire staff are rude and unhelpful, especially the main pharmacist. People are simply trying to get prescriptions and it feels as if everyone there is a nuisance while they actively seek reasons to make life even more difficult. Genuinely, if you can, find another store - Walgreens, whatever it may be - too avoid this place.

There's a sign that ways 24 hour pharmacy. Google map says they're open 24/7. Maps they're open as I type this. There's NO posted hours on the store windows or doors. Reality? As you can see, it's not open. The pharmacy is not open. Operating hours? Take a wild guess
