Just got racially profile at this location. Never experienced this at any other CVS. Only one guy wasn’t as describe, hope his day was amazing. The bigger sized guy and the Mexican lady with black hair is the issue. All the skin care is locked up. My dermatologist sent me there to buy some stuff and I felt rushed trying to make sure I got the right thing. Which I didn’t, resulted me in going back in the store 10mins later. The big guy didn’t want me to get the right item and proceeded at check out. He wanted me to get a refund then go back and repeat the process of paying which the Mexican lady refused to understand and made things much complicated and resulted in her grabbing stuff from my hand! Completely unnecessary. And this CVS is overpriced!

Steven at CVS was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I got to the register, he was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the checkout process quick and smooth, but what really stood out was his positive attitude and willingness to help. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly takes pride in their work and treats customers so well. Steven turned a routine CVS stop into a great experience CVS is lucky to have him! CSHR#1164235

This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever I went in at 1230 and went to get my prescription and they started helping me then she told me that my prescription was gonna cost $30 even though I have insurance. Sent me over to another pharmacist that was super rude and kept asking “isn’t it our break yet” just so she wouldn’t have to help me but they said break was at 1 and still closed them early at 1236… they put my insurance in and told me it’s gonna be 15 mins but their closing for lunch so it would’ve been an hour! My insurance should’ve been sent from my doctors office and should already be in the system. The lady was just super rude didn’t wanna help just wanted to take their breaks even though they had no customers only me in line..

To the rude woman employee that answered the phone at 7am on May 5th. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Rude as hell for no reason in the morning. Should be fired or quit if she’s that unhappy that she has to treat customers that way.

* This comment applies only to the store located at 4404 El Cajon Blvd, San Diego, CA 92115: The guys here seem to follow a policy of DISDAIN FOR THE CUSTOMERS. THEY DO NOT LOOK INTO YOUR EYES WHILE YOUR ASKING IR MENTIONING SOMETHING TO THEM, particularly an Oriental guy who works there. It's the first CVS Pharmacy store where I experience that type of attitude. Thanks. Service at other CVS's locations is been always good.
