Went to look for some snacks around 9pm on a Monday for my week long trip to San Diego. The store has a lot of items behind locked glass cabinets, even some biscuits and nuts. The alcohol section was barricaded off at that time. There was a security personnel in the store, and he had to turn away someone who came in with a sign protesting something. While checking out my items, could smell a homeless guy. The staff was friendly and empathetic. This particular store is simply not in a safe location.

Worst experience. Difficult parking situation they make you pay to park. They lock the doors in the safe area they created for the entrance so you have to walk all the way around an entire block full of homeless people and drug addicts. When I called, they told me that there’s nothing that they can do. I asked them if they could at least open the door in the safe area they created and they declined.

This is the pharmacy I used for my prescription. So I went here to put up my prescription the prescription seemed to be wrong so I turn asked them to hold the prescription until I can get things straight. So the pharmacy threw the prescription done hard after he found I wasn’t going to take until I talking to the doctor office and med-cal Rx. I asked not to throw my prescription done again , he stated that he didn’t but he actually did. Then pharmacy assistant working the window got smart with because I am allergic to paper so I told that I couldn’t pick up the prescription that he could put in my bag. He told me that I needed to bring gloves next time. I had already told them I was out of gloves. He was very rude in front of others. I have several allergies and one of them is paper. The rudeness exhibited by your staff at this pharmacy is becoming extremely concerning. I think I will move all my prescriptions from your pharmacy because you don’t deserve my services and I no longer feel safe with them filling my prescriptions. They may try to harm me!! Sony,russ,phoenix,,Gabby, all the time they r amazing 👏 🤩 every trip I make to the pharmacy is outstanding great job so polite so kind so fast friendly me and. My dog sugarmarie have to visit the pharmacy alot. And they always go above and beyond to help customers I give them a score of 💯!! Thank you guys for all ur hardwork. Sign Julie Tucker 😃

This store is way over priced for the items they sell. Most items are locked in a cabinet and you need to request a employee for a key to unlock them. I do not recommend shopping here. Self check out sucks and lines are long. I only shop here with gift cards I had. I used a friend's phone number for rewards card. I would never come back here to spend my money.
