cashier are taking forever.. she saw that there is a long line already and people are rushing.. and yet she didnt call for help to open another cashier.. and also the transition for pharmacy new thing to get the medicine sucks.. come on you shouldve think about the other elderly who cannot use the high end digital getting the medicine.. now it took longer to take medicine.. you never fail your customer to disappoint on how it will make it easier for us to get our medicine..

If the reviews had half a star, or .25 stars—-that is what I would give this CVS. Cancelling all of my prescriptions. I was not satisfied with your service. CVS lied to me, my Dr. prescribed 90 Dr meds and CVS filled it for 30 days. And when I returned to the store and asked them what happened, CVS claimed it was my doctor when in fact it's CVS. I even called my Dr. to ask why they only did a 30 day prescription—they told me the explicitly stated 90 days, and I also called my insurance to verify if the denied the 90 days prescription—they did not. They told me the issue was on the CVS end. I don’t tolerate or do business with businesses that lie to me.

I went to this pharmacy at 12:00 AM after traveling a long distance because I urgently needed medication. Unfortunately, the pharmacist was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. Instead of assisting or guiding me, I was told to search the store myself. When someone has an urgent medical need, this is not acceptable—especially in such a large store. A 24-hour pharmacy should offer support, particularly during late-night hours. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location, especially at night.

Lining up in the express line with a barcode at the pharmacy but they were not calling the people in the express line but the people in the line that does not have any barcode at all and faster. What's the point of having this express line when this side of line is so slow. This happened so many times when i picked up prescriptions. I had to move to the regular line because it was faster than the express line.

It's the only 24-hr CVS in the vicinity of Sam Diego!!! The other one on University Blvd is NOT 24-hr , even though on Google it is. Do not get scammed ! Come to this one in National City it's pretty decent and thank goodness for 24-hr. Not had my favourite Peanut butter chocolate Haagen Daaz but it's okay overall 😅
