24 hrs i think not. Man false advertising is running ramp it with all these corporations not caring about its customers or patience. So we don't have access to CVS Pharmacy, 24 hours, even though the science say 24 hours and Google says 24 hours. And the website says 24 hours, and the phone number say 24 hours. So when you drive all the way there and get out of bed, even though you don't feel like it, because you need something from c b s you can't get it, because they wanna do false advertising, perfect, perfect

The staff at this CVS are generally friendly and helpful, which makes shopping for essentials a bit easier. However, I’ve noticed that the checkout lines can sometimes be long, especially during peak hours. Overall, it’s a decent place to grab what you need, but a little more efficiency would be appreciated.

Whole store is closed because they don’t have the staff even though there were 3 staff and 1 security guard inside. I’m not here to buy socks I’m here to gets meds for sick family. Hey corporate: if this store isn’t open 24 hours why are you paying 3 staff to baby sit a store? If it’s that dangerous (which it’s not) then shut the store down. Sure it’s insensitive but a pharmacy is there for people who are ill. What if someone had to take a bus for 1 hour to just not be let in? Awful. Shame on you!

If I could give this place a zero I would! First off, I went yesterday to go pick up my daughter's prescription. The lady at the window, short with dark hair in a ponytail, tells me it's not ready but will be tomorrow after 2 pm. I said okay no problem. I come back the next day. There's already a long line and was instantly confused where it ended because of the way other people were standing. I'm in line and it felt exhausting just standing and waiting til it's your turn. I'd say it took about half an hour til I was next. The blonde lady helps me out and says, "oh I'm sorry. It looks like we are out of stock." I'm trying to be calm and I tell her that I was told it would be ready after 2 pm today. She then proceeds to tell me that she's very sorry and that the consultant would help me out. So I go to the consultation window. I tell the lady that I'm trying to get my daughter's prescription med and was told that you would help me find another place to get it. She then says that the other location closes at 8 and that the other one is at Del Mar. She admits it's far. At this point I'm getting frustrated and I tell her I was told that it would be ready today after 2 pm here. That's why I drove here. She keeps looking at her computer and I'm just done. Then she says I can still help you. I smile at her and say it's okay and I left while she was still talking because excuse me?! I WAS TOLD THAT MY DAUGHTER'S PRESCRIPTION WOULD BE READY TOMORROW (WHICH IS TODAY) AFTER 2 PM!!!! Could have let me know either by call or text that you guys did not have it/ was out of stock. It would have saved me the trouble of wasting my time and gas. Please do better!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy has a good selection of products and the staff is generally friendly, which is a plus. However, I've noticed that the wait times at the pharmacy can be a bit long, especially during busy hours. Overall, it's a decent place for quick needs but could use some improvement in efficiency.
