Pharmacy Department Date 05/24/2026 Time of incident 12:30am to 1:50pm I went in for a medication paid by insurance There was another medication where insurance did not cover so I declined to get it During the closing of transaction the lady representative was trying to assist by canceling that particular medication but did not have the proper training needed to successfully do so. So she ask another pharmacy that was not only not trained properly but unprofessional I wasn't able to get his name this individual tells me to sign stating I received medication whichin fact I wasn't so I would have been lying. He stated I had to LIE to move forward I ask to be taken to another register they declined Here I am picking up Dr prescription and being refused to be served So this tall foreign guy really young rushes to the counter and tell me that he will transfer my medicine because he wanted to and I have documented health concerns There were witnesses while two managers stood and did nothing not even offer training to those on the floor one even said that he is follow policy which was to have customers lie stating they received medication and did not. This pharmacy need to be investigated for illegal practices and or staff demoted if not fired in the Pharmacy Reginald McIntyre

Orlando the manager and other staff are pleasant and Orlando has gone above and beyond with assisting me. Nat in the pharmacy also has gone above in assisting me with patience and kindness. I have been to many CVS stores but this one is top notch with customer service.

Had a terrible experience at multiple CVS in the area. Please be aware that although it says it is open midnight this location is not. I arrived an about 10:50p as I approached the door security person made a motion with his hands “we are closed” I would not support this location. I would strongly suggest that corporate post correct location hours online. This is very frustrating as a consumer needing to find something for the family late night.

This place is a joke. The wait times are ridiculous. The employees are completely devoid of empathy. During one of my last visits, the staff decided to close the pharmacy during the middle of the day because they deemed that they didn’t have enough personnel. Meanwhile, I could see at least 4 people working behind the counter. On another occasion, the person at the register needed the pharmacist to override a pop up about vaccinations. Naturally, there was only one pharmacist on duty who was on their “lunch” break at 9:30pm (just before closing). I had to wait 30 minutes for this person’s break to end to pick up my medication. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location. I’m sure the staff would actually appreciate less people going…

Understaffed. Understocked. Dirty unsafe location. Went there for a vaccine appointment but they didn’t have the vaccine in stock even when I made an appointment days before. The pharmacist told me she could not order it: “only a Manager can order things, come back next week”. Needed an allergy medication but it’s locked and they didn’t have the key. Asked 2 employees and both said they would go but never did. After 20 minutes left empty-handed.
