Johnas A. 6 months agoI need to say that I am a InstaCart Delivery driver. I have received at the store at 4am, even though they were on maintenance hours, they let me in. And I count myself very lucky that I’ve coincided with the store manager, Maria. She was super helpful, she tried her best even though the late hour at the night, toured all the store with me to find a replacement for the item requested. Very hardworking, very nice behavior lady. She’s making the store a wonderful experience! Thank you Maria. God bless you. And this store is super lucky to have you! Johnas
akua twumwaah a month agoVery unprofessional experience with this pharmacy. Each time I have called, the pharmacist I was told is named Grace has consistently spoken to me in a rude and dismissive manner. When I requested to speak with someone else who could provide better customer service, the employee I spoke with seemed hesitant to provide her name and also stated there was no manager on site. As a healthcare provider, professionalism and respectful communication are extremely important, especially when coordinating patient care. Due to these repeated experiences, I will be encouraging my patients to transfer their prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I do not wish to continue dealing with ongoing disrespect and poor customer service.
Alexandra Geller 8 months agoLet me start by saying I understand that Rite-Aid closing put a lot of pressure on the staff at this CVS and for that I have empathy. It’s also why I’ve waited to write a review. However, they have had ample time to hire more staff and accommodate for the new demand. Yet, every time I go in, they are understaffed or they have enough staff but they lack competence and it takes a long time for them to check out each patient. The wait times have gotten absurd and there seems to be very little organization in terms of where they put your prescription. Every time I go in, they have a hard time finding my order even though it’s ready. The most concerning issue is the lack of HIPAA compliance. The staff is not trained to maintain patient privacy and everyone around hears what you’re picking up. Further, one of the pharmacists is very rude. I know they’re stressed, but we are generally a sick demographic of people who are also having a hard time. The last thing I want to encounter when there’s an issue with my order is a rude pharmacist. There is a way to communicate clearly and be straightforward without being blatantly snotty. I am a healthcare worker so while I have empathy for their situation, something needs to be done. I will be moving my rx’s.
V 2 months agoThe quality of the photo center has declined drastically in the last few years. Yesterday was my last straw. I ordered four simple 4x6 photos and one 12x16 poster of my extended family. The quality of the photos was absolutely HORRIBLE! I had issues with quality in the past so I made sure the upload the highest quality of photos directly to the CVS photo website from my computer and it didn’t make a difference. My 4x6 photos were washed out, quality extremely lowered and cropped incorrectly. My poster was so blurry and had a giant streak across the top from the printer (I’m assuming) and a white strip across the bottom even though I made sure to crop it properly. These photos were taken by a professional photographer and are high definition, so it’s absolutely ridiculous how horrible the quality is after printing. You would expect a large print to be crystal clear but it’s completely blurry! Absolute waste of money
Michelle Tamayo 3 months agoI work for a healthcare provider and attempted to contact this pharmacy to assist one of our members. I called three separate times, each time waiting on hold for over 30 minutes. In all instances, the call was eventually picked up but immediately placed back on hold without any communication from staff. This experience reflects poorly on the level of service and is concerning, especially when it impacts patient care. Additionally, the pharmacy does not appear to process claims correctly and often directs members to contact their insurance themselves, rather than proactively reaching out to resolve issues. This creates unnecessary frustration for members and delays in care. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
