Thank you CVS for having most of the things I need which allows me not to have to go all the way to Walmart ... I would say please work on lowering some of your prices ( WAY TO HIGH) some product understandable ... CVS is the Goat!!!! Oh before I go ...point Loma CVS is so freaking clean and beautiful ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I love going in to shop.. thank you for having me

decided to help another customer while I was giving private info, forgot what was said had to repeat myself! After she helped someone else while asking me what I needed ( pharmacy) staff! The customer she had already been helped but needed to another question after asking me to the counter! Poor service

Dr sent meds to wrong location. Pharmacist had other people cut me before looking me up in the other computer to verify. When on the phone with my Dr to have it sent there she interrupted a few times, finally saying “well they already have it ready there. If they send it here I still have to fill it”. So I went on my way in the rain wasting my time and gas to go to a new location because she didn’t want to be inconvenienced with doing her job. Instead sent me out driving in the rain about the same amount of time I would have waited. Isn’t the first “odd” encountered with this pharmacist. Edit: to add the other pharmacy has a longer line. I hope she was honest about them having already filled everything.

Visited this cvs pharmacy to get some Over the counter medicines. The pharmacy was friendly to assist and provided guidance on this. Overall a great experience here. The store also had other items I wwas looking for. They have a shared parking lot and busy place.

Mina and Katie and the current team are all absolute lifesavers at this CVS! They are the most helpful, hardworking pharmacy team I’ve ever worked with, and they always go above and beyond to keep my prescriptions organized and on time. Some of my medications are more sensitive, and they handle those with such care and diligence. Even when there are hiccups, Mina and Katie work it out quickly and make sure everything flows smoothly. Their dedication, kindness, and attention to detail honestly keep my life on track. I’m so grateful for them — they make what could be a stressful process feel effortless. Truly the best! I actually moved out of Point Loma a couple of years ago, and there are at least five other CVS stores closer to my new home — but I choose to drive back to this location because of Mina and Katie. They make what could be a stressful process feel effortless, and I’m so grateful for them. Truly the best!
