This CVS pharmacy is always busy but impressively efficient. The pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are very polite and professional. Despite the rush, they manage to process prescriptions quickly and keep things running smoothly. Excellent customer service and great teamwork all around! They have medication stocks that other CVS locations might not.

The CVS store on Mack Road is one of the newly opened CVS. The store looks very beautiful outside. But the store seems like 30 years old once you walk inside. I don't know why all the CVS stores look old, even those just opened within the last few years. Also, the store has a lot of empty or semi-empty shelves and some empty spaces. Some of the items are locked up behind the clear plastic doors too!

I came to the pharmacy , and I had to use the restroom because of the long wait. I spoke to the manager on duty. I was denied access to the restroom. I even asked to use the males being a female.I just needed a restroom. I was denied , even though there is a Restroom Access Act AB1632. I am shocked by this treatment from c.V.S , especially since I have to wait in their building for a my medications. I had to go home because I did not reach a restroom in time.It was an embarrassing experience. I will officially be a changing my pharmacy. I went to c v s because I thought it was a higher end retail pharmacy with better standards than other stores. Today I learned this was not true.

Came in before 1 There was a free lane and a cashier. Two people two people and they told me I need to come back in an hour. Closed 1-2. I was the only person who had 1 RX to pick up. There were 10 ppl working in total. Poor customer service

Helpful staff. Store is clean and well organized. I love CVS.
