The CVS store in the Pocket area is similar to the other CVS stores in Sacramento. The store is too big for the current business they're doing. The sales floor looks pretty empty and a lot of shelves are not filled with anything. The only section that has some customers is the pharmacy department. I don’t how long CVS will keep their full size stores including this one in the Pocket area.

Wife & I decided to tour the neighborhood stores in the Pocket area to learn what's around. We hit up CVS and instantly, Alex & Fabian greeted us with a smile and a welcome to CVS. We ran up and down the aisles and we ran into a smiley face and a wonderful hello from Keeshia. Very pleasant and heartfelt warmth in this store. I think we're going to enjoy living in this area, if everyone is as pleasant as these 3 at CVS.

Keesha The front and manager was so rude she did not even try to help me apparently my phone number didn't go through for the coupons so I gave her my sister's phone number she was very rude she made me go to the pharmacy and a young man help me he was very helpful but Keisha even left the register and made the young man help me because she said I was being rude she said I was raising my voice and I was not raising my voice I'm a Christian woman and I have come to the CVS many times with no problem Keesha has horrible customer service she couldn't even finish the transaction because she was so mad

THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORST. I have multiple autoimmune diseases and disabilities and have about 15 open prescriptions at any time. My partner and I moved here from LA last year and it has been a NIGHTMARE every time. I initially decided to go here because I went to CVS in LA and they said they could just transfer my prescriptions up here. BIG FAT LIE. When we moved, I told this pharmacy a month in advance we were moving and I was going to be sending my prescriptions. When we did move, I informed them again. When it came to be the first time to get refills, everyone went crazy and I was yelled at for not giving a heads up and for being frustrated when they refused to fill my necessary prescriptions. They have tried to charge me $50+ co-pays when I know for FACT I have none (it is illegal to charge Medi-Cal patients for ANYTHING medical related per California law) and when I tell them to run it again they refuse. They demand payment but then when I show them the law and my insurance AGAIN and refuse to pay, they threaten me. My husband eventually had to step in and I had to call my lawyers about it. They ran it again and, when it showed I was right, they just shrugged it off and literally threw the prescription at me and walked off. Any time you talk to any of the pharmacy workers, it's like you are such an inconvenience and how dare you use there services and need help. There is no compassion or care. At that point, we had already been planning to change pharmacies but hadn't done it yet. This last week was the absolute LAST STRAW. Apparently, they are now refusing to fill any of my prescriptions from one specific prescriber and will not tell me why. I haven't been able to get a hold of anyone and I have message receipts from my doctor telling me what is going on. I have been without 7 of my medications for over a week and almost ended up in the hospital multiple times. This CVS does not care about its patients, the community, or your time. They are condescending, disrespectful, rude, and we are ceasing all work with them ASAP.

CVS is my favorite store to buy my needs with a reasonable price and coupon, not only me all my family. CVS values the customers needs
