This CVS is at the corner of Franklin Blvd and Sutterville Road. One block away from the Hwy 99 freeway exit. It is very convenient if I want to get something very quick on my way home. The store is pretty well stocked. I can find most of the stuff I’m looking for here. They’re usually not very busy. So the checkout is very fast most of the time.

They have a great pharmacy staff there no complaints at all. However they never seem to have the bathroom working. At my age bathrooms are important I've been going there for a lot of years and rarely do they let you use the bathroom they always say it's broke. A young man at the front counter just now kind of snapped at me and said "it's broke!" like he always tells me. I have about a mile to walk before I get home. Having to go use the restroom really bad and walking at the same time (a mile) is not very comfortable. CVS in multitrillion-dollar establishment. I find it hard to believe that their bathrooms aren't working all the time I think it's just the lazy employee that doesn't want to give me the key. Or maybe he doesn't want to go in the back and punch in the code I'm not sure but he sure isn't thinking about customer service. Customer service is definitely not on his priority list and that's a shame. All I need to do is use the bathroom for about 3 minutes. It seems like he takes pleasure every time and telling me it's broke knowing it's not broke. I suffer from incontinence. And now I suffer from CVS on my mile walk home

CVS Pharmacy on Franklin is a large well stocked and well managed pharmacy in Sacramento. They have a huge selection of many items that you can use every day. The staff are well trained, curteous, and professional. The CVS has selections of all sorts of items, plus seasonal items. They have Halloween items on deep discount because it's over, and they are bringing out Thanksgiving and Christmas items. In the pharmacy, they have COVID-19 home test kits behind the front counter for purchase. Arrived for a vaccination, and it was quick and painless! Lots of Easter stuff out on the floor. Self-checkout was open so I was out pretty fast. Store was clean, aisles were organized. Parking lot was easy, found a spot right by the door.

I come to the CVS very often for my medication, most of the time the shelves are pretty stocked sometimes the store looks empty. The only complaint I have is recently I came there and the parking lot is so dark like they're missing lights, need to update the lights for safety please!
