Clean, well lit, lots of parking & friendly staff. Great location next the Dollar store. Love the Shaded parking with easy traffic exits & entrances to get back to your day quickly. Which I appreciate. I get snacks & ballpark lei’s, decorations, at the dollar store to save on time, but if I need lunch getting a bite to eat is available @ the quirky restaurants tucked next door. Local businesses with wonderful flavors & services to offer us.

CVS Printer system was down since 5/2 (last night) but customer service was great! I will attempt come back again to use this Printer because CVS is the only one offering self-printing service on Sunday early mornings in Natomas - closes to my home.

I came to the pharmacy to pick up an antibiotic medication for my daughter at approximately 5:59 PM. The pharmacy technician, Lina, was very rude and stated, “we are not taking you,” despite the urgency of the situation. I explained that this was an important antibiotic medication that needed to be started as soon as possible, especially given its clinical importance. As a healthcare professional, it was concerning that the urgency of time-sensitive medications was not acknowledged. Fortunately, another pharmacy technician stepped in and stated that it was okay to assist me, and the medication was ultimately provided. While I appreciate the assistance from the second technician, the initial interaction was unprofessional and distressing, particularly when seeking essential medication for a child.

I sent an order for photo. Received an email that it was ready. I went the following day to pick up and only half of it had been done. After the clerk searched he finally called for help. They had to reprint the second half so I said I’d wait. After half an hour of waiting and watching the single clerk drowning a customers I went to find who appeared to be the manager. When I approached and asked if she was the manager, her response was “I am A manager” So unprofessional. She was putting price stickers out when there was a line of 15 people. She hesitantly said she would help. When she finally returned to the photo area she said my order hadn’t printed and there were others ahead of me. No I’m sorry or estimate of time. I had to leave and said I’d be back tomorrow. I was met with an eye roll and attitude. I wasn’t rude to her at all. More importantly she did not even attempt to to assist the other employee or the customers who had been waiting in line. This person needs some serious training.

They won't come if you push a button to open a cabinet but rest assured they are front and center to stand at the door and passive aggressively "make sure you are not stealing". Staff need better training on visual bias. I literally beg for customer service so I can pay, only to be treated as if I intend to steal.
