I love my local CVS store. It's clean stuff are friendly and even if they don't have what I need if I mention it then it will get ordered for future. Even when they are short-staff they find the time to shut down the register temporarily to help. You just have to be a little patient. I love that

The best CVS in Sacramento and worth driving the extra distance for prescriptions & products. Reagan, the team and pharmacist are kind, helpful and competent. Reagan went out of his way to help my mom and I with a few items. The pharmacist helped me with getting a prescription replacement and was patient and kind. It’s really the small things that goes a long way. Thank you 🩷

I am just amused. These guys just don't have the prescriptions on multiple calls, visits. The clinic says it's sent and these guys should directly check with them in case of any issues. They say they haven't received it. It's a loop and this time it's been a month since we are trying to get the prescription for a child. Earlier it used to be a couple of calls or visits. Just disappointed that healthcare is sent for a toss as some places.

The Pharmacist are absolutely unprofessional, they post a sign which says be respectful and well mannered , lol. They need to respect their sign also! The Pharmacist act as their a MD, which of course their not. Be a pharmacist and due your job. Teresa is the head manager on florin and Freeport. She is worthless and rude. I am going above them all ,as of today I'm contacting the District pharmacy managment team, I will continue untill I'm satisfied. Something needs to be done ,the way they treat people is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

They need extreme customer service training they ignore you and continue doing their work without saying “one minute please” then just go silent. Same person as always Carmen. She is super ignorant please do some more training for her and everybody else or relocate them. It should not be inconvenient or big hassle to get a question answered. Also Carmen and to her manger I know I could call online but it convenient for me to go especially if I’m running errands around the area. In person experience is always gonna be better than a Ai call. If you expect a nice attitude it start with how we’re greeted.
