I am specifically giving the pharmacy at this location a rating. I try very hard not to go into the pharmacy if I don't have to and so the fact that their drive thru is open about 60% of the time is an issue for me with my mobility issues. The staff is always nice and on top of things though and I appreciate them. Especially Jackson, who is always polite and cheerful even when the line is out the door. Best CVS pharmacy I've encountered.

The CVS on the corner of Fair Oaks Blvd and Howe Ave is a new and nice looking store outside. But the store inside looks ancient style even you can tell it is new! CVS keeps the old style even when they build a new store! The store has most of the over the counter medications at the pharmacy department. Household items, wines, and toys are also available. The store is clean, and the workers are pretty nice!

Do not get your photos printed here. I was given someone else’s family photos mixed in with mine, which also included that persons personal information. I ordered 5x7s and they have an inch thick white border on all sides (came home to discover the photo paper was 6x8 and the staff didn’t cut the photos to size like they should have). Several of my photos were extremely pixelated and blurry, and the staff memory tried to tell me that the photos are printed in the quality they are received. I am a professional photographer with a professional camera and that is not the quality I shoot. The staff agreed to process a refund for me, then they couldn’t figure out how to do it and told me to call CVS support or CVS photo support.

I would give negative stars if possible. This CVS on Howe Ave. is the worst and the dumbest. They told me a med was in stock; I come to pick it up. NOOooo. "I think maybe we looked up the wrong item. But the wholesaler will bring it Monday after 3." But they didn't. Days later - still nothing. More frustrating talks with the "virtual assistant" and long waits for a call-back. Finally reach a human, who suggests, "You can call to other CVS pharmacies, and they might have it. Then they can pull it up and fill it." I find another CVS that has it, but NOOooo. "We can't just fill it. The CVS on Howe should have called us requesting a courtesy transfer. They should know that." Apparently, they don't know that. Or don't care. OR BOTH! This pharmacy should be shut down.

Clean, nice staff but no carts. I was told they get stolen so if your buying several things I would go to another CVS. I go to the pharmacy and have had no problems at all.
