Nickie help me and she was amazing. She took her time. Explain the app explain how it works and also explain the coupons. This is the type of people that should be in customer management. She was not rushing me. She explained everything answered any questions I had. Amazing service.

The pharmacists at this location are not thorough, they don’t work efficiently and are bad communicators. One pharmacist advised me to pick up my prescription in New York, another pharmacist advised me he cannot send me and my family’s prescriptions to another CVS meanwhile after moving here I contacted the CVS I used to go to in NY & had them transfer my prescriptions. This was on 2/7/26. I think he thought if he could talk fast that it would make sense or something. I advised him about his role as a pharmacist and he indeed does have the power and capability to transfer my prescriptions over to another CVS a few towns over. Please avoid this CVS at all costs. They don’t seem to allegedly have a hiring standard (don’t be rude, actually help people, do your job etc etc)

This pharmacy here can’t admit when they don’t know what’s going on and they will waste your time and your health. I wasted over an hour trying to get my grandmothers insulin, if you come against an issue they will not even try to direct you at what to do. They show no empathy. After about a while of the pharmacist who spoke very rudely was trying to run my grandmothers insurance for her insulin, she gave up and said, well we don’t have any insulin here anyway. So they could have just told me that from the start so I could have actually done something to get my grandmother her insulin instead of waste my time. I felt very disrespected here, it feels like they hate you for trying to get medicine! I totally understand the newer employees who are trying there best and can’t blame them at all, but the lady who seem to be there longer treats people with this little respect, lets you know there is a serious problem especially when your dealing with life saving medication like insulin!

My pharmacy experience yesterday was horrific and ended with me in tears. I’ve never been made to feel like this before while sick just trying to get antibiotics. The pharmacist Chizo demanded that my Dr call and speak to him personally and refused a prescription in any other format, not voicemail, fax or electronically. When I went Thursday evening, they told me they didn’t receive my Rx and told me to have my Dr resend it. Fri my Dr confirmed it was received on Thursday, but they resent it anyway. When I arrived Friday afternoon, I went through a 2 hour ordeal including their lunch closure, waiting for the perfect moment to have urgent care call and personally speak to the pharmacist. This is not only inefficient, but I felt dismissed and ignored. I’ll be transferring all of our family’s prescriptions elsewhere.

Very bad customer service!!! Especially the one in the drop off register today, October 23rd, 2024 @10:40am. Very rude and was always yelling at customers and I personally experienced the rudeness and yelling many times. We will probably transfer to Walgreens! Worst CVS pharmacy! I don’t recommend going there, the address is 8351 Elk Grove Florin Rd! I’m very disappointed with the customer service!!!
