This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. So much so I drive out of my way to go to this one. Every single staff member in the pharmacy department including the pharmacists have always delivered top notch care , and they make sure to go out of their way to help make my life easier. I truly can’t recommend this cvs pharmacy enough so much so that I hope someone from corporate gives this location the recognition it deserves.

This was my first time visiting this CVS location for a pickup around 9:00 PM, and unfortunately it will also be my last. The wait time was extremely long, with only two cashiers handling a very large line of customers. The experience was frustrating and poorly managed. The line moved so slowly that we actually witnessed a customer walk out of the store appearing to still have items in hand that were never purchased because of the excessive wait. That alone speaks volumes about the customer experience at this location. I understand stores can get busy, but better staffing and line management are clearly needed during evening hours. Based on this experience, I would not return to this location.

This CVS location is consistently frustrating. The employees seem unmotivated, and the checkout line is extremely slow. An older cashier works very slowly, which makes the long wait times even worse. The store is not very clean, and phone calls often go unanswered. Overall, this location needs better management, improved customer service, and more efficiency.

came in to get a flowflex plus flu A/B and covid test. Behind counter, so showed the CVS website entry for the test to cashier and she pulled out the test. Did not let me confirm the test and just scanned it and pressed me to pay. After paying, I realized the test she gave me was the covid only test which was not what I wanted. I asked the cashier for a refund or exchange however the system didn't allow for the exchange even though i have not left the store and clearly did not get a chance to check the casher's choosing of the right test. this is a terrible policy that doesn't allow for rectification of mistakes. the associate was very not helpful, bouncing me between the pharmacy and the front desk. this was a terrible experience and show of inadequate skills.

The store looks like half empty! This was the first feeling I had when I walked into the store! The store is dated but still clean and organized. But some of the shelves also have empty spaces. The store is too big for them now! The parking lot has a few homeless walking around. I don't feel safe to park my car here!
