I love CVS. All the employees are so friendly and helpful. No other store has coupons as good as CVS. the past 3 times I went to CVS. with coupons and my Ucard from UnitedHealthCare. I left paying nothing. Many times without my Ucard use. Just coupons. My bill is cut in half. No other store can do that.

Called the store ahead of time looking for a post op shoe for a broken toe as the urgent care I went to had none available, called this place ahead of time to confirm they had what we needed, the guy who answered confirmed they had them and said they close in 15 minutes, we got there in 10, then when we pull in he watches us park and locks the door as we walk up, he opens the door to let someone out and we tell him we still have 5 minutes, that we called ahead, we knew exactly what we needed and could be in and out in 2 minutes and he refused to let us in. Tall, dark man with a short cut beard, he was rude on the phone sighed like it was an issue when we asked him to check if they carried what we needed, and literally stared at us and locked the door as we were getting out of the car, as we walked up to the door he locked it . I don't know what CVS policy is but I don't believe you're supposed to lock your doors before you're closed , you gave us 15 minutes and you went back on your word, would never recommend anyone shop here because of this man alone. If I could give no stars I would, I hope he has the holiday he deserves. Maybe one day he'll be in the same position and know how it feels to need something to help your pain and not be able to get it because of someone like himself.

Parking lot filthy. For starters, upon parking and exiting vehicles there was garbage lying about the parking lot including a massive laminated calendar for the previous year (2025) with all scheduling for the whole year, including sensitive information such as personnel’s personal phone numbers. I handed it to them once entering to building on the chance they may need the information or at least want to keep things discreet. Prices: this place makes Walgreens look like a bargain basement. Many of their prices are over 50% higher than said major competitor. Consequently, they likely have an even larger problem with theft and will follow suit by having to close large amounts of locations nationwide. Perhaps they shouldn’t have invested in that filthy gray carpeting that covers their floors nationwide. Pharmacy staff needs an attitude adjustment and further training. They arbitrarily refuse to vend over the counter, perfectly legal medical supplies even with proof of a prescription for them, such as diabetes syringes. Guess everyone’s an illicit intravenous drug user in their eyes. They say “the needles cause problems,” assuming they mean societal. They are the problem. Boycott this avaricious junk heap.

I'm sorry, but I've never had a problem with customer service at this CVS... None! I have know idea what kool-aid the customers below that have left awful comments, I leave a great one for you. This CVS is awesome and I'm happy to be your customer.

When I stopped by this conveniently located store for healthier snack foods for ongoing travels, finding exactly what I needed proved easy. But the super-helpful highly patient lone(?) cashier was already amid apparently long drawn-out difficulties getting a manager to assist with a complex transaction problem for the customer ahead of me. She kept paging, but no manager responded, and I had to resort to self-checkout, though usually I avoid those for security reasons (while I know all too well how to use that glitchy technology). But my appointment had begun looming due to the manager's continued non-response and this location's seeming shortage of cashiers. Finally I decided not to abandon this errand, or run late, but I probably won't shop here again..
