The pharmacists are helpful and get things done. I have found that over the years they provide great service. I’d give it more stars if it wasn’t in target.

Incredibly rude staff 2 times in 5 visits. Will be switching pharmacies. The other times have had completely lovely interactions, but that doesn’t make up for the times I have been treated with a complete lack of respect. For anyone reading this feeling I’m just a difficult “the customer is always right person”, after one of these interactions a target employee came up to ask me if they had correctly understood what they had just seen because it looked too rude to believe. There are certainly two sides to the story, but my feeling is that when another on-shift service worker thinks you’ve gone way too far, you probably weren’t acting that respectfully. Plus, would echo another reviewer in that their phone tree is so bad I was considering switching for that reason alone. Lastly, try sorting reviews by recency. The past 5 years of reviews paint quite a different story than the average rating

It's okay, second drive through window always seems broken and most of the time the pharmacy people just look like they hate life and wanna leave. I moved to the CVS @ Target cause they are more helpful and actually make sure I'm comfortable with my medication and know everything about it before I leave. Not here, it's very much a "take your stuff and get out."
