I had a family tragedy and needed to get info on being able to fill my script here rather than back home due to my dad’s death. Francisca was so accommodating and patient. She took the time to calm my worries so that I could concentrate on my family during this difficult time , rather than being anxious about my ability to get my normal prescribed meds. Keep her around , she is a gem.

I had an excellent experience at CVS Pharmacy! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. It’s refreshing to receive such warm and efficient service — you can really tell they care about their customers. Highly recommend Ina and Thornydale location for anyone looking for outstanding service and a great team!

This evening around 8 PM the lady working at the register of the pharmacy was awfully rude. Very sad to see customers being treated poorly when they don’t feel well

The store is clean well stocked my review is because the cashier walked away from the register twice with me and others in line and self check out closed at 9:05 pm now a 4th inline and no cashier

A group of flippant, rude pharmacists at this branch; laughed at me when I was upset that my prescription for an inhaler that helps me breathe could not be transferred from my regular CVS (which was closed early on Christmas Eve). I couldn’t quite believe that was their attitude, but it was. You could tell it was the culture of their mean-spirited little group.
