The store was clean and well stocked. Associates are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Self checkout is easy to use and human-friendly. Store is opened late till 10pm which is convenient and a big plus. Surrounded area outside is safe and secure

I enjoy shopping at this store. Its clean and everyone is friendly. I pick up snacks for the drive back to the East Valley. Good luck folks.

The pharmacy staff is generally pleasant and helpful and the lines aren't ever long. The drive-thru is nice if you don't need to go in for anything. Now, several of the front end associates are a different story. For whatever reason, they almost always look at you like you're a threat or like you're going to steal something. I've been followed around the store by one particular employee on multiple occasions, which was bizarre. Now that they have self-checkout, I just use that and avoid the front end people completely.

The Tucson CVS store at Orange Grove/Oracle is the location with the best supply of medical devices. I wish I knew the name of the young woman who helped me in the medical devices, braces, etc. section. She was not only helpful, but a knowledgeable expert on offered products, providing pros and cons on various models including ease of use and price point information. In very little time, she helped me find the best available hand brace for my condition and left me feeling grateful and very well served! CVS has an exceptionally valuable resource in this employee.
