I am writing this in hopes that someone at CVS reads this and makes some serious changes to your current phone tree set up. I have been a customer here for several years now, and you used to be able to just call, hit a number or two, enter your prescription number and get it refilled. Now it is and endless round and round with the new AI lady who cannot understand the simplest of requests. Refilling a prescription is nearly impossible, nevermind if you need to do anything at all more difficult than that, and getting connected to a pharmacist is like pulling teeth, then you get sent to their voicemail. Please, please go back to your old system or find a better new one. You are about to lose a longtime customer, and I doubt I will be the only one.

Not a great experience I had. There were alot of panhandlers in the parking lot wanting my money. The same people who were panhandling were camping out on the side of the building! When I went inside no one greeted me or anyone in sight to help me. Only upside was the pharmacy had my medicine ready for once.. Id recommended to drive a few minutes elsewhere because of this

Don't waste your time as a parent with this pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. They love wasting your time, not filling prescriptions, and not accepting AHCCCS plans for children. Just do yourself a favor, and use a grocery store pharmacy so you're not going out of your way to end up empty handed when your child is sick and needs antibiotics. We are 100% done with CVS, and you should be too!

My 8 month pregnant wife and I stopped in to ask if she could use the restroom. To both of our surprise, CVS denied her use of the restroom, even after I explained that she was due soon and she really needed to go. Their response, "We don't allow restroom use to the public." These jerks are lucky she didn't just urinate all over their floors. Maybe next time.

Tooooobad the CVS on 5th Street closed. This location could cared less if you need to but a Gallon of milk (for $5) and didn't come to open the glass door for you. Welp of too Speedway or 7-11 I go. Don't care if it's more or not.
