This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered in all my years of receiving medication from pharmacies in Tucson. My Wife and I Just walked in right now, the time is 5:25 pm date is 06/13/2026. There is a line Of people because the lack of help from all the pharmacist and assistance in there. They have about 20% of medication in stock for the line Of people that have been waiting. The lack of courtesy, respect An overall attitude is out of this world. CVS pharmacy you guys have to do better. Now I see why there is 2.5 stars at this location. Legal action must take place.

Snowbird here. Starting a bunch of new meds, picked the first up at CVS last week. No copay, no issue, medication was ready. In today to pick up another four but they were 'on hold' as the account was marked for "cash" as no record. Directed to talk to person in drop off window. Individual advised me he had no known reason for the hold as they have my insurance info. He offered no apology. He said they will be filled but not until 3pm, as is now lunch hour. I will need to return after 3pm. This is not customer service. I recall now why I quit this CVS years ago.

My daughter had an injury and needed a prescription this morning and these guys were the best. They took me right away it only took a few minutes to fill themedication and ithat was with a line there. It was like five of them working back there so they had the A-Team on for sure, so these guys do go out of their way and do the best they can even though they have a big volume of people looking for prescriptions to be filled. I'll definitely go back.

Called yesterday an hour before the pharmacy closed, was worried about being able to get my husbands prescription transfered & filled in time. Due to lack of communication from Walgreens, we didn't know that our prescription refill wasn't being approved because of a benefit program. I called after my long work shift and was told I was calling too late in the day. They can do it next day. I explained i was worried about him being out of medicine for the day. No questions were even asked as to which meds were needed. I called Costco and got an immediate transfer and a free supply of medicine for 3 days to get him through until they could fill the large supply prescribed. They closed at the same time as CVS. Day and night experience and care given at Costco compared to CVS.

I've been coming for awhile now n I must say the store n the pharmacy are absolutely awesome. I get it sometimes they're out of my meds. But I don't make a big deal out of it cuz ppl this is out of thier control. Screaming acting like fools isn't helping either. Remember they're ppl too! Just wanna thank the pharmacy team. U only get the negative. No one ever says about how they try n help you to fill our meds.thanks team!
