Long wait times. Understaffed. I had to transfer my prescriptions to CVS after using Walgreens for 2 years. WALGREENS is fantastic compared to CVS.

I received multiple voicemails stating my prescription was ready, and when I arrived a week later to pick it up (I was out of town) they didn’t have it. It’s tubes of cream. They said it would take 20 minutes to get ready. They were late to show up, and the lady behind the counter offered no apology for being late. Instead her and the entire staff rolled their eyes at me. I would have thought it was only me they were giving bad service to, but there were two other individuals who also received poor service and weren’t treated well. This place used to be run well when Kelli Koehler was in charge but now the staff is completely incompetent. Not a single one of them tried to help me. They just rolled their eyes and pretended I wasn’t there.

This was my first visit to the CVS Minute Clinic on Sunrise Dr. I’m happy that they opened this branch because of the proximity to my house. The store was well staffed and clean. I had to wait about an hour and a half for my appointment even though the screen said 54 minutes wait. Minus one star for that. For all the tech that CVS uses they could have sent me a text updating my wait time. Overall the visit was satisfactory and the provider answered all my questions. She was very patient with me given there were 3 patients waiting. I’d definitely come back to this CVS Minute Clinic and recommend to anyone else looking to avoid busy medical practices.

Love this cvs . Wait lines are pretty long but the employee are very professional and polite
