This particular CVS makes it so easy to get vaccinations. You can book online, and when you arrive they actually have the vaccine they promised you in stock and don't make you wait 30+ minutes to get it or to tell you whoopsie its actually out of stock sorry for waiting, or even worse try to substitute a shot for a different one and see if you don't notice. Every other CVS we've tried in town consistently struggles with this and acts like it's their first time they've ever had an online vaccine booking. They're also really nice here.

This is the first CVS I've contacted that says it takes 3 to 5 days to transfer a metamorfin pill from Costco. I explained that I didn't have any more pills, they didn't wanted hear and hanged up. I called back and ask for the pharmacist and it was worst. UNACCEPTABLE.

I've spent nearly a year trying to get these folks to remove my old doctor from my profile and my new doctor added so they will contact the new doc to get prescription refills and they are still pestering my old doctor for refills. Would be great if someone at this location understood how their computer system works so they could correct the issue so I don't have to keep calling.

I've been traveling and have had to transfer a few prescriptions along the way. I had no problem at CVS in Florida but here at this location it was awful. Long story short I waited a week for my meds only to find they hadn't even ordered them. Seem like Destiny didn't want to do this for me and she didn't. Spoke with someone today who said they were the pharmacist and got no help there. I've always had good service at other CVS before and surprised how bad this one was.

I used to get my meds a week early, now I'm getting them late, going thru withdrawals, the phones don't work. Pharmacists leaving when there's a line of 10 people. Closing at 5 when they close at 6. I don't know what happened to this CVS but I don't recommend using this pharmacy. I'm transferring my meds to a different one. So unprofessional and it pisses me off.
