They had issues giving me my medicine that had just been prescribed minutes earlier. I gave both the care provider and this CVS the exact same insurance card and this CVS was unable to provide me my medicine through my perfectly acceptable insurance. Had to go inside to be informed that the pharmacist was selecting the wrong option on their terminal.

I don't know what it is about CVS, but the people in person always seem nice, while anyone I speak to on the phone is horrifically rude. About 6 months ago, there was a mistake in the app that indicated my prescription was going to be several hundred dollars. When I called in, their system showed about $20. Rather than hearing me out, the woman I spoke with cut me off and rudely informed me of the accurate price. I kindly thanked her for the information, and she attempted to hang up. The receiver didn't actually hang up, though, and I heard her making fun of me saying that I better be able to afford a $20 prescription and laughing. I informed her that $200 and $20 are very different, and there are people who can't afford $20. She immediately hung up without saying anything. Cut to today. I attempted to fill my prescription via the app, but it repeatedly told me it was too soon. I requested a call, and the woman who returned my call again rudely cut me off without allowing me to ask my full question. Instead, she curtly told me she was looking up my account, to give her a minute, and then put me on hold. Why she couldn't have looked it up prior to calling me, I don't know since I explained everything on the app when I requested the call. When she came back on the line she bruskly informed me that I needed to call my doctor for a prior authorization unless I wanted to pay out of pocket. I asked a question about another medication being filled as well, since I was initially told it was out of stock and would likely take 1-2 weeks, but it had been much longer than than. She condescendingly told me that a lot of people are waiting on this med, and they have no idea when they will get enough to fill mine. She could not have been ruder. In short, don't speak to a CVS worker on the phone unless you want to be spoken to like a naughty child that isn't liked.

One of the worst CVS I have ever been to. Never ever get your prescription here. The pharmacy is always out of stock with the most basic things. The wait times inside or the drive through is easily 30 minutes even when your prescription is done already.

Wonderful wonderful help tonight by Emma! The store was clean and we had an easy time finding exactly what we needed. CVS carries items we could not find at Walgreens. Thank you CVS!

I really like the staff at the pharmacy. They'll always get my prescriptions ready as soon as they're able.
