I've never had any issues at CVS until I went to this one. First, they had an item that was priced at 12.99 on the actual item, yet priced at 14.99 in the store. When I noticed this, asked if they would honor the actual price of the item, which they refused. That didn't upset me much, just thought it was odd because many stores do honor lower prices if found elsewhere. Then I purchased a makeup item on clearance which ended up being the wrong shade. When I went to exchange it, they stated they couldn't refund (or even exchange) a clearance item. When I looked it up online, it was stated it's up to the manager's discretion. But I was then asked if it was opened already and I ofc answered honestly, and was told very sternly that they don't accept open beauty products and that's policy. I decided to look it up today because the other color I bought wasn't gonna work either and on CVS.com it states any opened or unopened beauty product can be returned for 100% refund. The lady who helped me wasn't apologetic, offered no solutions, and honestly even seemed to enjoy telling me about their entirely false "policy". When I walked in the first time that same lady was flirting with a guy checking out and telling him how young he was (weird) compared to her in her 50's. Try just actually helping your customers and providing correct information, please.

The pharmacy at this location is the worst. We recently moved to the area and picked this pharmacy - I have never had such bad customer service at any other pharmacy. It’s like pulling teeth to get them to talk to you. They are not helpful in any capacity. My mother just got out of the hospital and had 3 medications to pick up- they failed to fill two of the prescriptions but did not tell us. I had to send my daughter to pick them up so she was unaware there were 3 prescriptions. This is something that should be told to the customer without a doubt. There is one friendly gentleman that is helpful, but unfortunately I’ve only gotten to deal with him once. Please train your pharmacy staff or better yet find a new staff that actually wants to help people and work for a living.

This CVS will say your order is ready for pickup, and when you get there, they either won't be able to find it or the printer will be broken or whatever additional excuse they might come up with, but I only fell for their deceit twice before I decided it might be a bad idea to order from their photo department. Not to mention the workers don't show much sympathy or remorse for your stuff not being ready, and won't even offer an apology, just an excuse. This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced since I've been here in Texas. Pick another location for all your needs.

This was my second visit to CVS, and I have to say it was much more pleasant than my first. The customer service I received from Elie was absolutely friendly, helpful, and made the experience so much better. I really appreciated the extra effort and positive attitude. Thank you!
