I understand your store closes at 11 but when your worker is standing at the door and locks the door 5 min before you close seems l little pointless. On top of that the worker walked to the door just to shake her head letting us know we couldn't come buy anything at your astablishment. Glad I didn't need benadryl for someone having an allergic reaction...

Arbaaz Bhimani in the pharmacy was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. My wife and I are traveling teachers and had a prescription called in from out of state. He was rude to our doctor on the phone and rude to us in person. He did not make eye contact and only gave excuses. When asked for an explanation, he told us “I’m done with this”. Walked away from the counter with my wife in tears. Unprofessional and Unacceptable. Avoid this pharmacy.

The pharmacy here is the worst if you have controlled substance medication I have med resistant tonic clonic seizures and have a VNS. My anxiety medicine is important because my anxiety never goes away Even with the medicine it's always there. What I take is not a medication that should be abruptly stopped so they have literally caused me seizures being so inconsistent and always an issue Every Single Month I only moved from HEB because the insurance made us I hate this place

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I have come here and the floor staff is AMAZING but the pharmacy staff is a whole different story!!! I dropped my prescription off at 10:30 this morning and the lady informed me that my insurance was not gonna cover it because an issue with the doctors license. She said she would call the ER to get it fixed. I went home thinking it was fixed when I got the call my prescription was ready i noticed It was not fixed so I left a message. The lady who called me back was RUDE. She said “we dont do calls we fax” so I called the hospital and they said they did not receive a fax from the pharmacy. I asked her can I just get my prescription back and she said yes all rude. I walked in the pharmacy and asked to speak to the manager and they said it was gonna be 20 mins. I asked the lady why no one could take the 5 mins to call the hospital and her lousy response was “ we been busy”. I been in tremendous pain needing this script filled. This is absolutely RIDICULOUS. Iam in so much pain I can barely drive let alone walk into the pharmacy to get my script back I will not be returning back at all, not that yall care anyways.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I’ve never been to this location before, but the first time I walked in the smell was awful — like dirty clothes and feet. I left right away and tried to give it another chance three days later, but the smell was still there and I walked right back out. Management seriously needs to focus on cleanliness and making the store smell clean and welcoming for customers.
