I ordered photos online, and no one informed me that the machine was down. When I arrived to pick them up, the employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning to this location.

Usually I never have a problem but today I’d call 3 time to see if my photo were ready for pick up and had the rudest employee answer the phone when I asked him about my one photo being ready he gave the nastiest attitude he doesn’t know just for me to call tomorrow didn’t ask for my name for the order or nothing Just hung up the phone on me . Extremely disappointed and very unprofessional

Daniel in the pharmacy was so helpful this morning. I’m more than sure that he could sense the frustration in my voice when my doctors office sent my occupation to another CVS. He offered to have the prescriptions transferred over and gave me an estimated time as to when I would be able to pick them up. Thank you so much for your patience and wonderful customer service. It is Greatly appreciated!!!
