I had a wonderful experience on Friday evening Melissa the pharmacist, was able to help me with my questions about my medicine. She provided the applicable discounts and surprised me with a lower cost. That absolutely made my day. Thank you Melissa, you are a hard worker and a knowledgeable pharmacist.

Halie the pharmacist went out of his way to make sure my rX got filled with a quick turn around time so that I could have it for a double shift the next morning even though it was the middle of the night when I came to pick it up. I really appreciate it. Great employee with great customer service. Very personal and seems to genuinely care about taking care of patients. Thank you.

The majority of these reviews are pretty much par for the course. Don't call in or try to get anyone because you can't. I made 2 appointments online for vaccines, two vaccines each 11/21, both were confirmed. 11/22 I get a text that one has been canceled, no reason stated. I called 3 times, left two messages which I was supposed to receive a call back from. Spoke to the store operator on that 3rd call who said there was nothing she could do to get me to the pharmacy, I had to leave a message. My 3rd call I left another message canceling the 1 appointment I had left, canceled it online. Had no problems going to a competing pharmacy who got us both in. Come to find out I could not get my vaccine because CVS had already submitted to my insurance. A 2nd injection would not be approved. The pharmacist at the competing pharmacy attempted to call CVS to reverse the charge so that I could get the vaccine... That pharmacist was not able to make it to speak to anyone either! Why they decided to proceed by charging my insurance without me walking in the store is beyond me. I still have yet to receive a call back from those 3 messages. Watch your insurance filings people looks like this pharmacy will submit a claim even if you don't use them. Shame on you CVS for your lack of customer service and illegal practices.

Dropped in at 2 am for a USB flash drive and they had plenty to choose from. Staff was friendly and even directed me to the correct section when I asked where they were located. Emergency USB run was a great success! Note: they had high storage capacity USB flash drives max I saw was 128gb smallest was 32gb.

The best place about this is the self checkout. That way , you don't have to talk to any arrogant , high ego pharmacist or employee. No option for negative five stars. Pick anywhere else.trust me they will make sure you wish you did.
