I made a purchase here and left my receipt on the self checkout. Next thing I know some high school kid employee is running after me demanding i come back and take my receipt. All because he was too lazy to tear it off and throw it away.

My doctor filled a prescription for me here, but told me to call & check the price before going there. He said that if it was ridiculous he would prescribe something else. I called, spent a lot of time on the voice system. It found my my prescription but could not tell me the price. When I tried to talk to someone, there was no option to talk to anyone. Horrible customer service.

Cashier was very rude, she didn’t let me use my coupon on my phone stating she wasn’t allowed to scan barcode. Saying she could only accept a printed coupon, if employee is incapable she could have easily asked for help. Do not recommend that CVS at all.

Nancy at the front is very helpful. I called hoping to rush a photo order and she got back to me right away with an answer. Their photo print machine wasn't working but I really appreciated her responsiveness.

The phone firewall they have put in place to just leave a message for the pharmacy is ridiculous. After 10 mins of dealing with the Bot you then have to leave a message for a call back. Other than that the People & service are great.
