All the people standing outside waiting for the CVS to open 10 minutes after it’s supposed to be open. Don’t come in the first hour if you want to actually shop!

I’ve officially ended my relationship with CVS as of this evening. They consistently do not fill one of my RX’s on time. They also never update me, the app just says it’s pending. I call after a week and suddenly it’s magically filled. This last time I requested a refill, it said it was out of stock on the app. I placed an order. Than without warning CVS cancelled the order. No explanation. I call the pharmacy but get put straight to voicemail, and it says someone will call me within the hour. Instead I get an AI response an hour later saying they’ve successfully helped me… it doesn’t even say what the resolution was and my RX is STILL not showing up as even pending at this point. If you can’t even be bothered to actually help customers, what’s the point? I’m having all future meds filled at PeoplesRX who said they can refill this particular RX in a day after ordering it.

CVS is a great store with a welcoming atmosphere. The staff truly cares about customers, and it shows in the quality of service provided. I always leave satisfied.

The staff very helpful, polite and courteous. Especially the cashier Norma who informed us about a 2 for 1 price for one of the product we purchase. Keep it up !!!

I ordered pictures online to be printed and they were ready within 20 minutes. That is extremely fast response time. The pictures turned out good. I will say to anyone printing out pictures that if you did edit or put any type of filter on your picture it may show more than you would want. This would be 5/5 experience except the location did have homeless with signs asking for money. This just adds unnecessary hurdle to a quick trip.
